Summer is just around the corner!

We got a great response to our recent survey of RHMSA players, and we’re so encouraged by the number of players that are anxious to return to play this summer. As a result, RHMSA is full-speed-ahead, planning for a summer of softball fun!

Right now we’re looking at a range of playing possibilities depending on how much social interaction is allowable, and what we can do safely. Stay tuned and check back here often for registration updates.

If you’d like more information, please do reach out to us via email with any questions you may have. You can reach our RHMSA Director of Communications any time at dir.comm@rhmsa.ca.

Despite our best efforts to remain hopeful and look at all of the possible ways in which we could safely return to play this season, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 RHMSA House League softball season.

This decision has been made primarily with the health and well-being of your children and families in mind, in light of government restrictions and insurance considerations, and also in consultation with our neighbouring house leagues.

We are hopeful that over the coming months we will see the end of the pandemic and a return to the activities that bring our communities together. We will keep in touch with you and keep you apprised as we plan for a return to the field in 2021.

Please stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Board of Directors, Richmond Hill Minor Softball Association.
